OUR NEW STATE AGENT LIST COST PRICING:
MINIMUM REGULAR
ORDER: $300 You select up to 3,500
refined agents names of your choice in up to 3 different states. You receive
phones where available at no extra cost, processing your licensed insurance
agents, setting them up for you in an Excel format, and waiving the
selection fee. In addition we will make all efforts that you receive your
agent list with 24 business hours! Deliverability guarantee as described
below
MULTI-USE
ORDER SPECIAL:
It is a proven fact that mailing a good list of agents twice
or three times is better than an unrefined list once. The standard is to
charge 50% additional for the second use, and twice the regular cost for one
year use. Effectively immediately, and for a limited time there is a SPECIAL
multi-use order which will be withdrawn in the future. Right now you get
unlimited 1 year use for 50% more instead of 100%. For example to mail a
$300 order unlimited for 1 year was $600.00, right now it would be $450.00

DELIVERABLITY GUARANTEE REFERS
TO: Agent names you mail from our mail list that
are returned to you as being undeliverable. As you DO NOT pay for
phone numbers, we can not and will not guarantee them or accept any liability
for their use. All mailed undeliverable names must be returned to us
within 60 days of the date of the invoice, with no exception. For each
name returned, you choose either a cash refund or more desirable is the
credit on the next order. The guarantee is effectively immediately and can
only apply to the first mailing made by marketers requesting multiple use.
FIGURING YOUR CASH REFUND OR CREDIT IS EASY Divide
your undeliverables in 2 stacks, those with a yellow address correction
sticker, the other stack without one. Count the total in each. Decide on a
refund or credit.
Cash Refund All those in yellow sticker
stack receive a 20 cent refund each. All those in the other stack receive an
8 cent refund (name cost), AFTER THE INITIAL 10%. If you ordered only 3000
names, the first 300 would not be eligible. This is the industry standard.
The yellow sticker starts with the first and every piece, and is unique to
Agents Insurance Marketing.
Next Order Credit The largest supplier of
all types of business names is experiencing an undeliverable rate close to
15%. Our goal is always 10% or less and we believe in treating our clients
properly. This is the superior option. All those in the yellow sticker stack
receive a 30 cent next order credit, starting with the very first piece. On
the stack without yellow sticker address corrections, your credit starts
after the first 10% of the names ordered. The amount is 16 cents each, which
is double your initial name cost on these. The two amounts are added
together for credit total.
